For a special edition of suq. magazine, I participated in a collaborative project centered on showcasing Sicily’s unconventional and lesser-known aspects. My photographic series aimed to capture the island’s contrasts—juxtaposing old and new, stagnation and movement, openness and closure, decay and renewal.
All images were shot along the coastline south of Catania, reflecting the complex and dynamic spirit of the region through a visual narrative that highlights its multifaceted identity.
